Our Ministry
Welcome to The Vine! If you’re looking for a place where your teenager can truly belong, you’ve found it. Being a teen is hard, and parenting a teen is even harder. Feel free to check out our calendar and newsletter to see what events we have upcoming! If you haven’t been to WCC before, we’d love to meet you! The Vine meets every Sunday at 11AM during the contemporary service. We also have our youth Sunday School at 10AM. If you have any questions about our youth group, or any questions about the church in general, feel free to contact our youth minister, Noah Johnstone, under the About page! We want to see lives changed here by the power of Jesus Christ, and we see that happen every week when someone steps through our doors. We look forward to meeting you and partnering with you in life! The Vine
Our youth ministry is named The Vine after John 15:5, which says, “Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.” (NLT) It’s our mission to partner with you to connect your youth with Jesus, as well as connect them with other amazing teens and some incredibly caring adults.
Vine After Hours
We also have a Wednesday night program, Vine After Hours! We meet 6:30-8PM every other Wednesday night (the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month) in our youth room. This program is a more in-depth dive into the Bible, where we go through 1 chapter of a Bible book a week. There is also a game and plenty of snacks! We’d love to see y’all there!
Our Service
Our youth ministry meets each Sunday during the 11AM contemporary service, and every other Wednesday night from 6:30-8PM. There’s always a game, worship, and an interactive teaching. We’d love to see your youth there!
